Canon Canada

I bought a Canon SD 200 in July. Unfortunatly, the screen has cracked in September. I sent it to Canon Canada support five weeks ago (i.e. september 23, 2005). And since, no news, no informartion on process, nothing. I called them one week ago and they say me they going to call me the day after.

Do you also have problem with Canon Canada? Share this information here. You can just drop a "me too" string in the message text below. I will feel less alone. Canon Canada has a poor support...

Desjardins Assurance generales Inc

My home insurance is Desjardins Assurance generales Inc. In May, somebody have broken my door and stole some of my stuffs.

The insurance reembursed me after more than three months. Contract said they are obliged to do it in two! The sinister expert from the company GDR Gravel David Rouleau & ass inc was not professional and the relationship was extremely hard and stressfull. No information was given to me in order to explain the process neither the timeline. I spend many call on the phone in order to track it but was unable get any information. What is your experience with insurance reembursement. I will like to have feedback from other.

Bell Sympatico Haute Vitesse/ High Speed

I was a Bell Sympatico Haute Vitesse customer for one year. In July, I decided to remove my local line and keep my high speed internet. Yes! it is possible. They don't make ad about that.

But may be they don't want it easy for you. Because when my local line has been cut my internet disappeared at the same time. I tried to trouble shoot the problem from public phone but Sympatico technical service was just able to request me to call from home because they want to make test on the line and make the modem blink.
Consequently, I was obliged to call from my prepaid cellular. Unfortunalty, Sympatico line 310-VITE and 310-SURF was not avaibable on this Fido line. 310-xxxx phone are special number like 411 or 811. I was obliged to call Fido services in order they provide me a 1800 number. Sympatico customer service was not aware of the existence of this 1800 number. Yes, it exists and it is the 18007732121. Yes, Sympatico have a special line for poeple without local line at 18664045744. Unfortunaty, this service doesn't offer technical support but only sales support. So after, ten tentatives to try to find somebody on the technical support tthat just not ask me to see if the green led was lighting and spent 45 min with music at 15c/min on my cellular, I finally succeed to find somebody who understand something of he high speed internet supoort. He said me my line was not weired since the cut of the local line and a technician must come but is not available before 10 work day. Consequently, I gave up and I just dropped a call to Videotron and they installed me high speed the day after...

Since I received Bell bill of 0$ every months. Its wonderfull. Seems they like to give money to Post Canada (i.e. governement). Is it linked to a CRTC agreement?
